Questa la dovevo proprio fare , costituiva una nuova sfida ! fare la pasta brick in casa , cosa ho pensato mentre le facevo ? facilissime da fare , con due ingredienti precisi , la cosa che serve più di ogni altra però è la pazienza e l'attenzione a non fare poco cotta la pasta e a non farla cuocere troppo perchè in entrambi i casi il risultato è che si rompe tutta ! Ora la ricetta ,vi posto prima il procedimento per la pasta brick :

Io ho scelto di accompagnare con una insalatina di radicchio , carote a julienne e bambù , non ho condito l'insalata ma ho messo accanto una salsina al curry molto buona .
